Mesa Rally — Tuesday March 13

Mornings begin with a make-your-own breakfast in the ramada — coffee, tea, toast, bagels, jam. There’s also a hike each day to help burn off those calories 🙂

Today was busy with several sessions. Marian demonstrated wire wrapping.

Ann taught a neat technique for adding beads to a t-shirt.

John dropped by to see what Fay was making.

Larry, a keen geocacher, offered an introduction to geocaching. He and Sheila have found more than 7400 caches. Zowie.

Learning to use GPS.

A Mesa rally wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Organ Stop Pizza.

Later in the afternoon Gerry showed several people how to make hatbands from pull tabs.

After supper we gathered round the campfire and Roger entertained us with cowboy poetry. He looked the part in his cowboy hat and duster.

We finished the evening with a singalong around the campfire. Thus ends another day.
